Company provide its Services to You under both auto-payment and one-time payment methods, with the latter not including auto-payment functionality. Payment once made cannot be cancelled on the Platform, however we do provide 3-day money back guarantee, in case a customer is not satisfied with the offering.

To avail a cancellation in 3 days please contact us on help@litvibes.club along with Your phone number from which You have signed up on Platform.

You may cancel the subscription from the Platform for which You have made payment. Generally, the option to cancel can be found at 'Payments and Subscriptions' tab of respective payment method. If You cancel Your subscription, the subscription for subsequent time intervals will be cancelled but current time interval subscription will continue.

Payments done using referral codes will not be refunded irrespective of time from payment.

Once You reach out to the customer care, they will revert back to You within 7 business days. Our customer care representatives shall connect with You to understand the issue and as per their discretion shall refund the amount. Amount once refunded shall reach to the respective payment method in 7 business days.

Note:
* For the users coming paying through referral coupon, payment will not be refunded.
* The Refund shall be made upon the sole discretion and approval by the Company.
* Amount once refunded will take 7 business days to reflect in Your account, the delay will be from Bank side. If after 7 days You didn't receive the amount, reach out to us at help@litvibes.club along with Your phone number from which You have signed up on the Platform.
* We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy in whole or in part, at any time at Our discretion, at any time. The decision to amend may be due to changes in law or any other reason.
